The hotel staff showed exceptional professionalism and were very helpful during my stay, making the check-in process smooth despite some IT issues at the front desk.

Had a boss time at this hotel! The staff were proper sound, always smiling and helpful. The location was dead handy for public transport too. Just a shame the decor looked a bit tired and could do with a refresh.

Furniture looks quite outdated, with carpets and doors showing wear. Air conditioning didn't perform well, even after a technician's visit. The lift situation was frustrating. often crowded, and no stairs were available for quicker exits.

It was just a fitting option for a short stay in Dusseldorf with exceptional value. The breakfast with a nice variety really stood out and was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to try the tomato soup. it's hot and delicious!

The staff were friendly and helpful I appreciated their efforts with the troublesome wi-fi situation, even if it took a bit of back and forth to resolve. The location was good for my business meetings, and it was a peaceful area during the night.

A Disappointing Experience

Upon our arrival, we faced long queues and a room availability issue, which left us feeling unwelcomed. Despite assurances of a refund, the full amount was debited. Breakfast pricing confusion and outdated decor further marred our stay. Not the experience we hoped for.

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, although it could get quite busy. the grocery shopping service in the lobby was a nice touch, and the bar area was perfect for relaxing after a day out.
